We are hiring an experienced Plumber to handle residential and light commercial service calls. This role focuses on diagnosing plumbing issues, providing repair options, and delivering high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, inspections and maintenance.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water, drainage, and gas lines.
- Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes.
- Perform work efficiently while maintaining quality and code compliance.
- Clearly explain problems, repair options, and pricing to customers.
- Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Follow safety procedures and company service standards.
Items that will put you ahead:
- Experience in Service Titan or comparable.
- Nonabrasive sales experience.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman/Tradesman Plumbing License Required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations tactfully and respectively.
- Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills.
- Have a coachable attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in tight spaces, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment.
Compensation: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
